Bobby Harlow – Executive Chairman, Founder
With over 30 years of experience in songwriting, music production, booking, marketing, management, and artist development, Bobby Harlow has been a driving force in the independent music scene. He has 200+ published songs on more than 20 records and has successfully placed his work in television, movies, and commercials, including major brands like Mercedes and Peugeot.
Mairead Hayden (Nash) – CEO
A music manager and cultural marketing leader who co-founded the influential DJ collective Queens of Noize (BBC Radio), discovered Florence Welch, built Florence + the Machine from a local act to a worldwide #1 album and Grammy-winning artist, and founded the trendsetting indie label Luv Luv Luv Records. Mairead continues to lead groundbreaking cultural ventures, bridging music, lifestyle, and brand strategy.
Emma Comley – VP, Strategic Partnerships, Investor Relations
Leading fundraising and strategic partnerships is Emma Comley, an award-winning film producer (Two For Joy, Set the Thames on Fire), former Head of Production for Flynn Productions (Nike, Jay-Z, Foo Fighters), and co-founder of the acclaimed indie film company Blonde to Black Pictures and Los Angeles-based Hooligan Dreamers. Emma began her career in the music industry at the echo label / chrysalis developing artists such as Moloko, eventually managing artists and forming her own record label. Emma blends storytelling, brand building, and entrepreneurial leadership across entertainment and culture.
Kristi LaBarge – EVP, Operations
Kristi brings over 20 years of experience in independent music venue ownership, investment, and management, coupled with 14 years of leadership in IT strategy. As a former Deputy CIO for the US Naval Hospital and IT Director for the State of Colorado, Kristi holds an MBA and MS in Information Systems.
Ben Cerroni – VP, Finance
Ben is a financial executive with experience guiding and scaling companies through rapid growth phases in a variety of industries, from pre-seed funding to IPO readiness. He has a background in strategic finance and has raised and deployed both equity and debt capital for top global hedge funds, private equity firms, and growth-stage business ventures.
David Pears – VP, Technology
David is a seasoned software developer and fractional CTO who specializes in React Native, particularly within travel, music, and fintech. He has founded a successful artist management company and has collaborated with both independent and major record labels, as well as television production in the UK and US markets.
Eric McLellan – VP, Festivals
With over 20 years in creative services, video production, A&R, and artist management, Eric has worked under the legendary Seymour Stein at Sire Records. His extensive experience includes roles at Universal Motown Records, Sony Music, Warner Music Group, and as the former director of A&R at Sire Records / Warner Bros. Records.
Lars Fiedler – Head of Data
Lars brings comprehensive expertise in building large-scale software systems and big data operational platforms. He is the lead architect of INDEEZ’s data model and has previously worked as an engineer at Microsoft. Lars holds a B.S. in Computer Science from GeorgiaTech and a master’s degree from MIT.
Andy Vidan – Head of Analytics
Andy has over 20 years of experience in data science, software development, and analytics. He leads the data model and A.I. component of INDEEZ. Andy holds a B.S. in physics and math from Cornell, and a Ph.D. in physics from Harvard, with further education from MIT.
Howard Hertz – Advisory Board
Howard has been practicing entertainment law since 1976, specializing in music copyright and licensing. His extensive experience spans music, film, and television. He is the president of the Detroit Music Awards and a former Board of Directors member of the Chicago Recording Academy Chapter.
Rich Propper – Advisory Board
Rich is an experienced venture capitalist and founder of several successful ventures, including Montgomery Medical Ventures and Medibuy.com. His expertise in orchestrating SPACs has propelled companies to NASDAQ listings. Rich is educated at Harvard, McGill, and Stanford.
